Self-Service OG Return/Exchange Portal - How to Use

Login to your Customer Account by using the email associated with your order.  Once entered, a 6-digit verification code will be sent to that email that will need to be entered to access your account!  

Once you are logged in, please find the order that you wish to initiate a return request and click "Request Return."

If your order has more than one item, please then select the item(s) that you wish to return, and provide the appropriate return reason.  If you select Other, please provide a short description so that we are able to better serve you, and any additional notes regarding your concern are always very helpful!

Once all items have been selected, click the "Return Return" button one last time, which will send us your request.

All returns are subject to our OG Return Policy, and will be reviewed by a member of our OG TRIBE Satisfaction team.

Once reviewed, we will be reaching out to you, via email, to make sure we have properly addressed your concern/request!
