Refund policy
Cancelations, Returns & Exchanges -
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we will gladly return/exchange your item for up to 45 days from your order shipment date (see below for pre-order information).
NOTE: If you have purchased a customized OG (this may include, but is not limited to titanium, brass, and/or copper items, custom coated orders, ambi, and no pocket clip configurations, and additional modifications/finishes), you still receive our 1000% OGuarantee; however, a 25% restocking/cancelation fee may be deducted from your refund upon return/cancelation.
***ANODIZED PRODUCTS: We do our best to represent our anodization colors as closely as possible to the color that you will receive; however, due to the nature of that process, the colors can vary, and we cannot replace anodized options due to color variances. Please be sure to review our full gallery (https://originalgoat.com/products/anodization-blurple) for sample images of scales done in those different color options.

PRE-ORDERS (45-day return policy is based upon shipment date):

Paid in full,
- Cancellation requests received before being sent a Pre-Production email update (approx. 30 Calendar Days BEFORE your item's estimated beginning shipping date) will receive a 95% refund. After that date, a 75% refund will be provided.

Deposit paid, this is a NON-REFUNDABLE payment.
- Cancelation requests received before receiving a Pre-Production email (approx. 30 Calendar Days BEFORE your item's estimated beginning shipping date) will incur no further penalties. After that time, a 5% ADDITIONAL cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please be sure to email us at support@originalgoat.com with your cancellation request, and we will be happy to assist in getting that taken care of for you (The date of YOUR Email is the Cancelation Request Date).

US Returns/Exchanges
We will provide you with a pre-paid return label for your return.
Upon receiving your return, we will issue you a refund via the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped at no cost.
International Returns/Exchanges
As an international customer, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges to have your item returned or exchanged unless the item is found to be defective. Please contact us within 45 days from the original purchase date, and we will work with you to resolve your concerns to the best of our ability.
