Just awesome, fits perfectly and a nice finish. Also have the same in Stoned and love them both. Overall, between Demko and Spyderco mfgs, I have about 6 or 7 sets of OGs and they're all great!

These fit like a glove, easy to install, and they even provide you with new (longer) screws for the pocket clip. Makes the knife feel so much more substantial as well as beautiful.
I got the splatter goat for my Manix 2 LW and couldn't be happier. These things are very well built/machined and the coating is very well done. I haven't abused this knife, but the paint job finish hasn't scratched yet. Blade is centered!!!

If you wanted to upgrade your Drop Bear knife, then scales are ones you may want to buy. These look, feel, and handle do well. A real upgrade for the knife. Great job on these scales as usual.

My apologies but I can't talk about the amazing handle scales without also talking about how amazing this knife is as well.
First off, the MSI uses T8 screws for the frame instead of the common T6's. This means stronger screws and less of a chance to strip them doing aftermarket maintenance and upgrades. The Ram Lok was also housed in its one internal cage so removing the existing scales didn't mean running the risk of parts flying everywhere. Lastly, the Pivot is a paired up male/female set of T15's that screw into each other, leaving the blade and bearings to swing freely around it, which means like with the ram-lok no parts moving out of alignment while you work. Also the male/female screw setup means no overtightening the pivot.
Now the Scales. Original Goat are the GOAT! The fit & finish of the aluminum scales were impeccable out of the box, and with the marvel of engineering of the knife itself, everything was a breeze to put together. So much so, I thought I might have missed something because everything came together without a hitch. Once on, the knife had some new flair to it.
One minor issue is the weight. Obviously switching from plastic to aluminum scales will up the weight, but the Original Goat Scales do not have any sort of milling on the underside to reduce weight. I'm not sure if this is possible for them to do, but it would be appreciated if it is. This is NOT a deal breaker however. The scales were still amazing and went a long way to making my knife more unique.
One last FYI, be prepared for a 2-3 month turn around if you're ordering scales with custom color coating. Every set of scales they make is custom order so these things do take time. Time well spent if it means customizing your knife just how you want it. It's worth the wait.
Turned out beautiful, great fit and almost finished. Only reason for 1 star minus, the holes for the crossbar lock were a gritty. I used a round diamond sharpening file and sandpaper to smooth out both holes. Action now is drop bear normal, very nice. Delivery time got extended for almost 3 months total. $90.0 plus wait time, pricey.

These scales made a good knife Great. My biggest problem with a lot of knives is that the handles are too thin. I want to feel the knife in my hand comfortable. OG made this knife Perfect. This was my first set of Scales from OG, and now I have 6 more Titanium scales and 2 more Aluminum scales ordered. I highly recommend OG you will be very happy with their work.

All good things come to those who wait. The scales are gorgeous and fit the knife perfectly, like factory original, just liner less. Got the black coating and it is sharp. Now my favorite knife in the collection. Will definitely buy again.
