These scales are machined to perfuction, the only downside is that they don't offer a lightweight option (internal milling)
Compared to Lex Customs Microtech MSI Titanium Scales they are way over priced and it took OG forever to deliver.
We do greatly apologize for the additional delay on that brand-new item, but with those being a full custom set with all the additional configuration options selected, those special GOATs can some times take a little extra time to become OGs!
We have been considering providing our lightweight option for this model as we already offer that option on several of our titanium offerings; however, this is our first feedback regarding seeing a lightweight option available for this model, so may we need to throw a poll out there and see the consensus!
Lastly, regarding that Swedish maker that you mention, I think any 100% USA maker is going to be very hard pressed to compete with that overseas pricing! Also, with no custom offerings, a single texture option and no custom titanium finishes, beyond being Cerakoting (this would make me question the grade of that titanium used), it seems a bit like comparing apples to OGs, but we appreciate the feedback and will be happy to return those GOATs since they did not seem to meet your expectations, please see your email as we have already reached out to you regarding that return!
Honestly these are incredible. Absolutely worth the wait. I’m ordering scales for another knife soon. Also makes me want to buy another LW to get another set of these scales in a different pattern. If you’re thinking about these and are on the fence, just order the damn things.
Fit and finish is amazing. They transform the way the knife feels and looks. Easy to install as well (if you know the proper technique).
When you like the first one enough to purchase a second set for the same knife. I guess that means you really like the product.
The bottom screws don't fit. Is there a fix for this problem, other than this they look perfect.
Those scales come with an extra pack of screws that are little longer than your stock screws for use with your pocket clip. We have reached out to you via email to try to assist and if that pack was misplaced during installation we can get it replaced for you. Please just let us know if you are able to locate that pack, otherwise, we will help to get that taken care of for you!
Second OG product and I am happy to say OG hit it out of the park again. These scales took my polymer MSI from feeling cheap to feeling like a complete beast.

Could not be happier - impeccable machining and flawless fitment. A huge upgrade on the stock version.
Although the wait is lengthy the product is exceptional. The machining is top notch and I've worked in a machine shop for almost 19 years with parts that go through several machining steps so I can honestly vouch on the machining. The fit and finish are on the same level so although the wait is long in my opinion this is the form that the MSI should have been made to begin with. Awesome, awesome product. Thank you.

Perfect fit. No mess to assemble. Finish is awesome. One suggestion would be a smooth area under the clip for ease of sliding in and out of pocket. Either way, this is my second scale and I definitely will buy a ti stitch scale from y’all when they are available. Good work.

The aluminum XL expanded in-the-buff scales have a titanium look and feel and a striking appearance. The fit for my Deka 2 was flawless and I was able to use all the original hardware. The finished product is about 1/4 inch longer than a bug out. Very nice.
Got one set of clear scales for my deka and my ad20.5 and love the fit and finish on both. The scales are slightly thicker than stock scales for both knives and are noticeable in hand especially if you carry them a lot before but the carry profile in my pocket feels the exact same. Smooth, nice texturing, and very stylish and now I wish I got different colors but that can wait for the next drop
