Absolutely stunning, took me a minute though to figure exactly where the screws it came with are meant to go though. It would be nice if it came with a full set of silver screws because now some screws are black and some are silver.
What about these goats? They were all shiny and beautiful, and I loved them but I am not shiny and beautiful, and I want something that represented more of me. That's why I made them my own. I took aluminum black and uh, then scuffed them, now they look old and used just like me. This knife is my new favorite. It never leaves my pocket, and it's all because of the scales. Titanium definitely changes the appearance of this knife into a different animal. And it becomes significantly heavier. Takes it out of Civivi league and steps it up. Their usual excellent quality is present. I love it.

Fit and finish are solid. The scales added a bit of weight and girth to the handle. The pins are captured inside the new scales. The edges and the grip have a soft satin finish. The scales have a baby blue tinge.

I got the black coated version to add some contrast from the in-the-buff scales on my Deka, which has a black blade and other hardware. I love the look and highly recommend!
I bought two Dekas and a set of RETIRED - SKNY Goat XL scales for one and some blems from a competitor for the other. The end result: I love both and both companies seem awesome.
The XLs add enough length to make it a completely different pocket knife than stock or with the competitors scales. I have fairly large hands and the bit of extra length makes the Deka much more useable if I were to use it for anything more than opening boxes or letters. Highly recommend!
Awesome product if your willing to wait for it. Gunstock grip is the best grip out there.

I think a backspacer makes for a nice finishing touch. Had no issues with blade clearance. Another great product from the goat ranchers at OG.
These titanium gunstock scales are awesome. I was able to swap them on to my knife within minutes, with everything lining up like OEM parts. Super grippy but doesn't shred the pocket. Not my first set of Goats, definitely won't be my last.
I’ve seen many others who had swapped scales on their Hogue Deka and I had been thinking of doing the swap on mine and WOW it’s incredible how much better the knife feels and looks with the OG goat scales on. I was a bit nervous about the installation process but after watching a video of someone else doing it it was actually pretty easy. I can’t wait to get another set of scales for multiple knives ov mine worth every penny.

I bought these and some PEI scales from Amazon to compare them with quality and feel. I am far more impressed with the OG scales that I have on my clip point than the PEI scales I have on my sharks foot blade. Just adds so much rigidity to the knife and the scales feel amazing in the hand.
OG was retiring this set so I picked them up for a great price! They look and feel fantastic the fitment is perfect, and the added bit of heft really gives this knife a premium feel! I will definitely be buying another set for my Shark Cub!

Unfortunately I lost the raffle but I really enjoyed the waiting part where I might have won. I think for OG's future raffle's should be maybe even a weekly event and I think it's a great way for those of us who love OG scale's to show our support of a young and awesome American company!
Hogue and Ritter hit it out of the park with their knife, but these OG scales crank it to 11. The lightweight aluminum is great. Everything fit perfectly together on the first try, blade was centered, pivot action was just as good as the original. The ABLE lock glides more smoothly with the OG scales installed. The scales are not nearly as grippy as the G10 scales, but that's to be expected with aluminum. Actually, when I first picked up the knife after installing the scales, I thought it was way too slippery, but after handling it a few minutes and adjusting from G10 to aluminum, it feels fine. Maybe with the coating it would have more grip. I am glad I went with the finger jimping, that makes it feel much more secure in the hand. Everything looks really well finished, no rough spots or sharp edges, even the inside looks good. I will also note that I was able to install one original scale with one OG scale with zero issues, still had perfect action, lockup, and centering. Definitely will be looking at OG Goat the next time I want to upgrade my scales again. Hopefully, they expand their compatibility selection, would love to get scales for more of my collection. I love them. The weight is fantastic and they fit perfectly. The only thing I’d do differently, is get a different textures and add color. That way I could change them to match my mode.
I know it's may sound and look weird, but all I can say is that I love them sooooo much. They got here all shiny and pretty. They looked damn good and felt even better. But shinny is not my thing so I had an idea. Went to my local hardware store and bought some aluminum black. Holy crap did they turn out badass. My houge has now found permanent residence in my pocket. I don't see anything taking it's place anytime soon. Thank you so much to all that made these goats.
