The Ball Cage Lock doesn’t fit these scales.
While we cannot guarantee the compatibility of that additional aftermarket part, due to its large variance in tolerances, we do have a possible solution! I bought these scales with the Skiff conversion kit and put them on a Manix 2 LW 15V and they completely changed the knife. The action is significantly better, very smooth and snappy. And they are absolutely awesome to look at. Plus, OG does a great job knocking down corners and edges so they are extremely comfortable in hand. High quality product delivered with great attention to detail. They fit perfectly on my Manix. Between AWT and Rockscale, OG rises to the top.
These aluminum scales are just what my Demko Shark Cub needed. They are thicker and feel great in the hand. These scales make cutting tasks easier and more comfortable. They weight just a little more than the G-10 scales. G-10 scales 2.9 oz and these scales weigh 3.3 oz. I am very pleased with these OG aluminum scales.
Lightweight, full extended handle, fits comfortable with the chiming on it, and completes the knife. a good investment for a better grip.

Og scales made the pivot and pivot screw more flush to the scales,compared to the stock g10 scales were the pivot screw stuck up over the scale. All and all it's a win with original goat!
I have the Blade HQ-exclusive Shark Cub in smoky Ultem scales, and those scales did not hold up very well. Mine cracked very easily around the screw holes. These scales are an excellent replacement. They are robust, comfortable, and look great.
My only complaint is that mine came with a gouge on the back of one scales. They'll see more abuse as I use the knife, so it's not a big deal, but it's disappointing that they arrived that way.

The quality and fitment is absolutely perfect my only complaint and would be that the pineapple finish is a bit of a pocket shredder im going to file down the texture around the pocket clip to help this
