I was drawn to the Yojimbo 2 because of it's 'younique' blade shape but the flat G10 scales were a bit of a let down. I can't believe what a massive improvement replacing the scales with a set of OGs made! It looks and feels super premium and made an immediate improvement in the action from needing to be broken in to firing out as hard as an OTS and fall shut action. It's my first OG purchase but not my last. Was a test case to see how well it went to get it to Australia 🇦🇺 but after at least 3 freight companies I did get them and totally worth it.

Pros: Cool looking, great milling, better shape than the original scales, cohesive.

Cons: Mine had some burs from the coating and a couple tiny imperfections, the custom pocket clip sits a little proud and at a bit of a weird angle, the scales took forever to get to me.

I really liked my Yojimbo 2 before, but the one thing I always griped on were the handles. The OG aluminum handles absolutely exceed my expectations and they’re so comfortable in hand. Turned a good sharp thing into one of my top sharp things!
