Our Gunstock texture has quickly become an OG favorite, with its beautiful diamond pattern and exquisite border, this texture is sure to stand out amongst the HERD.  This is a semi-agressive texture and a landing pad has been added to protect those pockets, giving you all the beauty with only some of that bite!

These Gunstock textured titanium scales are designed exclusively for the Microtech Standard Issue Gen2/v2 (MSI) to feature that knife's best assets!! 

Our "standard" option is going to come in Right-Handed Carry, with jimping that follows the backspacer, and WITHOUT a lanyard hole.

But of course, we allow you to stray far from standard so you can add additional finger-jimping to the finger profile, change that pocket clip location, and make it more like stock by adding a lanyard hole if you prefer that style of carry!

ALUMINUM FINISHES

PHRESH (a.k.a STONED) VS IN THE BUFF

The debate roars on...to buff or not to buff is the question!

Our two raw aluminum finishes available...

  • PHRESH (a.k.a STONED) - This is an UNFINISHED finish...this is a raw, shiny aluminum look straight from our tumblers! You may see slight tool marks and other slight imperfections with this finish, but will be less prone to scratching and tarnishing.
  • IN THE BUFF (MATTE) - This is a blasted finish, so the overall look and feel will be a smoother, matte finish. We gently hand-buff the surface to bring back just a hint of shine to those edges, which pictures really just do justice!

Additional "Belly" Finger Jimping

Add some additional grip, and make that OG a little more like stock with this jimping addition that adds those notches back in on the "belly" of the profile for those who prefer that additional grip at their fingers.

SPECIFICITY
Loved the scales but tho colors were wrong

Got some custom color scales for my MSI Outbreak series and asked them to mimic the original scale colorway. In the pictures it looked fine when I got them they were clearly hot pinkish purple not even close to blood Splatter. Just ended up selling the whole knife.

We're so sorry those colors didn't hit the mark as photos can often be hard to go by (for both sides) and this was an anodized option from Microtech that we were trying to match with Cerakote, so that already makes this hard to get a direct match. But thought we were on the right track when the photo was approved, with the only request being to add more of the Black Cherry 'blood splatter'! But obviously to the human eye, both options were much different than their photos, but glad that you were able to recoup those costs and hopefully that new OG loves those specially custom coated options! Thanks for giving us a try, and if you ever try another custom coating option with us, please feel free to let us know that we missed the mark, as we will be sure to make it right for you as we know that photos/computer screens and eyes can make it look quite different!

Game changer!

I had my eye on a Microtech MSI for a while and came across a good deal on a 30th anniversary so I pulled the trigger. The original polymer scales ruined this knife for me. I got my OGs last week and they are a Game Changer! The feel and added weight and balance are incredible!

Additional note...I have never swapped scales or taken apart a knife before. Thanks to OG and you guys that posted on Youtube for making this a piece of cake!
