STONED VS IN THE BUFF
The debate roars on...to buff or not to buff is the question!
Our two raw aluminum finishes available...
- STONED - Gives you that more raw, shiner aluminum look, and may be less prone to scratching and tarnishing.
- IN THE BUFF - We blast that finish to give it a smoother, softer feel, and then gently hand-buff those edges, which pictures really can't do justice!
These babies look and feel amazing. I ended up getting the Northern Lights Cerakote with bronze hardware and have no regrets. The camera doesn't do them justice. Don't hesitate and grab them while they're hot.
Picked up a Ritter Hogue RSK Magnacut and wanted to jazz it up by replacing the G10 scales with something shinier. Boy did these scales do the job. The fit and finish are top notch and I'm extremely happy with the results. I find myself trying to buy all the knives that are compatible with OG scales now.
I actually liked the factory scales on the Ritter Hogue. They might have been a little rough on the pocket, but they're grippy and fill out the hand nicely. The Original Goat scales are slightly thinner, but still feel excellent. As you can see by the picture, I got the Aztec Team with Sedona Red splatter coating, and it just looks fantastic. In fact, every time I look at the knife now, it brings me such joy that I almost start laughing. Excellent product, good customer service, and friendly personnel. I would definitely recommend.
