STONED VS IN THE BUFF

The debate roars on...to buff or not to buff is the question!

Our two raw aluminum finishes available...

  • STONED (SHINY) - This is an UNFINISHED finish...this is a raw, shiny aluminum look straight from our tumblers! You may see slight tool marks and other slight imperfections with this finish, but will be less prone to scratching and tarnishing.
  • IN THE BUFF (MATTE) - This is a blasted finish, so the overall look and feel will be a smoother, matte finish. We gently hand-buff the surface to bring back just a hint of shine to those edges, which pictures really just do justice!

Pocket Clip Milling Options

Choose from standard wire clip milling, or upgrade to three-screw clip milling to cover all your favorite clip options!

Huge improvement. Great quality.

These scales elevate a Manix 2 LW to an entirely different level. The fit and finish are perfect. The feel is much improved, and the weight is not substantially felt in the pocket. Highly recommend these scales in the buff! This purchase definitely left me searching the website for possible options on different knives. Super well made and cleanly machined. I love these scales!

Well worth the wait!!

Ordered these scales during the pre-order and had to wait a couple months to get them. When they arrived I immediately knew it was worth the wait. The fitment is awesome! Everything went together perfectly and the gunstock scales look amazing! I had never ordered from OG before but decided to go with "In the Buff" and they look amazing. The aluminum looks almost white from the bead blasting, but it contrasted with my black blade even better than I had hoped for. Will definitely being buying more scales from OG.
