OG Orders - Status Updates
As we continue to improve our communication efforts, we hope this is a great way to keep all of our customers informed on the CURRENT status of their pending order, as we are always working very hard to get you those GOATs as quickly as we can, but we are still a rather small operation with big dreams...so we greatly appreciate everyone's patience as we create that perfect OG designed exclusively for your pocket!!

***THINGS TO REMEMBER WITH YOUR OG ORDER***
Your order confirmation email (please check your spam folder if you don't have that email) should include either an estimated shipping date (for our pre-order items) or a production estimate time (for our standard production items) for a "standard" item...unless you found a rare GOAT that's on-hand...these will not have this estimation and instead those should ship within 1-4+ weeks ***depending on final finish selected - as coatings WILL ADD processing time to that GOAT...see below for details!!

This is the estimate at the time of your order (if you make changes or add custom options, it can extend this estimation).
Our "standard" option will usually be either a fully ambidextrous option (no clip location on product - AD20,AD20.5, AD10...), or a right-handed configuration (AD15, Deka, Manix, MSI...). We have moved to a "NO HOLE" approach with our GOATs as we know so many prefer to keep those beautiful textures uninterrupted, so if that product has a lanyard option, then the standard option WILL NOT have a lanyard hole included!
For our aluminum options, our STONED (that bright and shiny, raw-like) finish will be the quickest option, with our In the Buff finish being just a few additional processing days for that set to be processed in finishing; however, coated GOATs will add significant time to your order, please see below.
Beyond that...you are creating a semi-custom to a full custom GOAT...or what we like to call an ORIGINAL GOAT...and will require a little bit more time to be created...so here are some examples...these things happen in production, which may give you a "discount" in that total time and if you have chosen multiple upgrades, you should default to the upgrade with the longest processing time...we will provide some additional examples below:

- PHRESH - Fastest processing time - 0-3 business days
- STONED - Longest processing time - 1-3 weeks
- BLASTED - Middle processing time - 1-10 business days

- OG Colors - 3-4+ weeks (especially our signature OG Orange)

***Orders with full custom colors, please add an ADDITIONAL 2-3 weeks as those coatings have to be shipped in from the supplier before coating services can begin and that may lead to additional time.

STANDARD PRODUCTION

Delayed 2-4 weeks depending on model and option
If you have a semi-custom/custom item on order it could be up to an additional 4 to 8 weeks, but we are working hard to get every order processed as quickly as possible!
***AD20.5, AD10, AD15 still remain on "catch-up" status as we continue to recover from that delay caused by the titanium production in this machine in February! We are continuing to work around the clock to get these items produced.
PRE-ORDERS

MSI
April 17th - One coated order is still working its way through coating as it took a little longer to get through fitment than expected as it was one of those last items produced in that last titanium batch, but should be heading out next week!
May 1 - Have been queued up, make sure to look for that email so that you see future updates, and these will be entering production here soon. We, unfortunately, have been having some lost GOATs lately with USPS and UPS, so we had to backtrack to get those missing items remade and back on their way!
July 17 - Expected to be on time.
Stitch - Titanium (First Batch/February 6th shipment date)
IN FITMENT/FINISHING
We have just a few remaining GOATs that have been giving up a bit of a fight in fitment, as again, these were last few pieces from that previous batch of titanium, so we have been working these items as quickly as possible, but will never send a GOAT before it gets that OG checkmark! Remaining items should be heading out within the next 1-2 weeks, depending on whether you had additional coating services or anodization added.
May 29th - Expected to be close as we are running slightly behind in that titanium machine, again due to those makeups for lost items caused by shipping issues!
AD20 Titanium
February 6th - There is always one...we had one expanded option that just would not pass its fitment tests, so it had to be remade. We are trying to get that option out in tomorrow's shipments, but it does require stoning, so it may be a first thing Monday item!
April 17th - All options have been produced and are in fitment/finishing. This batch seems to be moving through fitment much better as we are now into a new order of titanium, so many of these have already begun to head home, and remaining options will continue to be worked over this next week, so be on the lookout for that shipping confirmation within the next 1-2 weeks depending on finish preference!
May 15th - Moved into production (look for that upcoming notification), so we are getting these items closer to their estimated processing times, so continue to watch for those shipping confirmations and additional updates over these next few weeks as these GOATs make it through their stations.
June 19th - continue to watch for those "queued up" and production emails to follow along on your GOATs' progress, as these items continue to move closer to those original estimations!
Vision FG - Titanium
April 17th - All items produced, and making their way through fitment, finishing, and anodization. So, be on the lookout for those shipping confirmations to be hitting your inbox here soon based on that final finish selection.
SHARK CUB - LINERLESS
WILL BE IN TITANIUM ONLY! - If you were one of our early aluminum adopters, if we have not already, we will be reaching out to you here soon, as we have decided to make this option in titanium only, and those customers will have the option to make that upgrade at no additional cost! We will be working to get these titanium options into our titanium machine as those other titanium batches are completed, so these may be closer to the middle of June rather than June 1st, and again, we always greatly appreciate our OGs that jump onboard with us on these new journeys!
FAT CARBON - CUSTOM ORDERS
We finally have that material in from Lithuania, and have started trying to work these very special custom options into their appropriate machines, as we obviously were not expecting to be running these items at this point in time, but are doing everything we can to get these into production and on their way!
Shark Cub options have already found a slot, so those will be heading home first, and we are working on the fixturing to get those larger items created with these very small pieces of material!
