This is a Right-Handed Only, smooth belly, and NO LANYARD HOLE. , and CANNOT be altered (left-handers, or anyone who wants to make their GOAT an OG too, be sure to check out our Titanium Microtech Stitch knife handles) 

And those Microtech Stitch details...Never used to cut, used for photography only, original scales are provided. Stonewashed Bohler M390MK steel blade. Standard pocket clip is included, but was not installed to protect surface.
