Backspacers stiffened the rear of the knife up dramatically. I like the look....
The back spacer I bought is Better than perfect. Fitment is flawless. I bought the extended scales also and the customer service team made sure that I ordered the correct backspacer for the wing extended scales. Bottom line is OG's Scales & Backspacers are the best you can buy for the Houge Deka. You will get a product that is better than your knife came with. Im a customer for life!!
Loved the magnacut blade on my Hogue Deka V2. Hated the stock scales. Original Goat expanded scales were a huge improvement and looked great but the balance was off. The addition of the backspacer made it just right.
